In China, they seem to take their napping time very seriously. No matter where you are, or what you’re doing between the hours of 12 and 2 in the afternoon, you should prioritize your rest and treat yourself with a power nap. The location doesn’t really matter since, let’s face it, you won’t always be near a bed during your lunch break. The best part about this custom in China is that no one will give you any weird looks for napping in public – naps are never frowned upon!
