And no, these are not hunting trophies, but actual food for sale in China. It seems that they found displaying full-size dead wild animals the best marketing (whether it be for aesthetic purposes, or bragging about their hunting skills), but instead of triggering the appetite, the sight of this animals is still hair-raising!
